China's high-end science and technology products, 1 million kilowatt ultra (ultra) critical units and nuclear power units are absolutely the stars in recent years. At home, the construction scale of 1MW ultra (ultra) critical unit and nuclear power unit ranks the first in the world. At the same time, they frequently go abroad and get one big order after another, becoming the new business card of national export. So, what role does the current universal pump valve product play in the localization of large thermal power nuclear power plants? With doubts, a reporter from China Industry Daily recently interviewed Hu Xiaofeng, Secretary-General of Pump Industry Branch of China General Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as "China General Association"), and Song Yinli, Secretary-General of Valve Branch of China General Association.
Speed-up of Homemade Thermal Power Plant
"In recent years, with the trend of large-scale and cleaner units, 600 MW and 1 MW ultra-critical units have gradually become the main thermal power units. The parameters, performance and output of thermal power units have occupied the first place in the world in all aspects."
According to incomplete statistics, during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, with the promulgation of relevant policies to stimulate domestic demand and the voice of relevant departments requiring the localization of major equipment, the investment in scientific research of enterprises in pump and valve industries has been increasing. Pump and valve manufacturing enterprises, with the support of relevant departments and users of the state, have developed a batch of pump and valve products in order to meet the needs of users, aiming at the construction of complete sets of equipment for some major projects of the state, under the mode of combining government, industry, education and research, which has greatly promoted the 1 million kilowatt ultra (ultra) critical thermal power plants in China. Major equipment such as Group B is localized.
Hu Xiaofeng, Secretary-General of CPPCA Pump Branch, said that in the field of thermal power generation, after digestion, absorption and re-innovation of imported technologies, key key enterprises in the pump industry, such as Shengu Group Nuclear Power Pump Industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Kaiquan Pump Industry Co., Ltd., Hunan Electric Power Changsha Water Pump Plant Co., Ltd. State-owned enterprises such as Shanghai Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and some joint-stock enterprises have been able to produce boiler feed water pumps, condensate water pumps and circulating water pumps for 600 MW supercritical and ultra-supercritical units. 1000MW supercritical steam-driven water pumps have been operating in power plants. The localization rate of boiler feed pump has reached more than 70%.
In the field of flue gas desulfurization, some enterprises represented by Shenyang No. 1 Water Pump Co., Ltd. can produce slurry pumps for flue gas desulfurization of 1000MW thermal power units. The service life of ceramic liner slurry pumps produced by some enterprises has exceeded that of imported products.
Song Yinli, secretary-general of China Communications Association Valve Industry Branch, told China Industry Daily that innovation is the core driving force for enterprise development, and key enterprises in the valve industry have made great efforts in the technical innovation of thermal power generation.
For example, Henan Kaifeng High Pressure Valve Co., Ltd. participated in the project of "Domestication of Key Valves for Ultra (Ultra) Critical Thermal Power Units" organized by the State Energy Administration, and completed the research and development task of seven prototypes. The butterfly exhaust valve for feed water pump steam turbine of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. was developed in Huaneng Power Plant and Dalian Power Plant. Tang Power Plant has been successfully applied; Shanghai Valve Factory Co., Ltd. participated in the project of "Domestication of Key Valves for Ultra-Supercritical Thermal Power Units" organized by the State Energy Administration, and the safety valves for reheaters and superheaters for Ultra-Supercritical Thermal Power Stations have passed the appraisal of the State Energy Administration, and have been well received in Wanzhou Power Plant and Jurong Power Plant. Harbin Power Station Valve Co., Ltd. of Harbin Power Group has made new progress in the research of ultra (ultra) critical products; several prototypes of key valves for ultra (ultra) critical thermal power units developed by China Nuclear Su Valve Science and Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. have passed localization acceptance; Shanghai Energy Resources Co., Ltd. of China Electric Power Construction Group has passed localization acceptance. During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, Equipments Co., Ltd. completed the localization of the feedwater pump of the FK6A40 type boiler of 1000MW class (50% capacity) ultra-supercritical thermal power unit, and filled the domestic blank through the product appraisal organized by the State Energy Bureau and the China Communications Association.
Nuclear power strides a new stage
At the same time, with the completion of the first main pump of the second AP1000 nuclear power unit in the world, Haiyang Nuclear Power Unit 1, and the completion of the first self-manufacturing main pump shell forgings of Hualong No. 1, the first self-manufacturing main pump shell forgings of Hualong No. 1, in the field of ultra-supercritical thermal power, it marks the nationalization of nuclear power equipment in China. A new step has been taken.
On June 26, 2014, the first main pump of Hainan Nuclear Power Completed the acceptance of the plant, which is another major achievement of our country in the final battle of nuclear power main equipment.
The main pump is called the heart of the nuclear power plant, and mastering the core technology of the main pump has always been the dream of the nuclear power manufacturing industry in China. In September 2009, Hainan Nuclear Power Company and Shanghai Electric signed the supply contract of four main pumps in Changjiang, which opened the prelude of the battle for the localization of main pump manufacturing. Despite the difficulties encountered in the design, manufacture and test of the first main pump, the participants were not discouraged about the difficulties and solved a series of problems in a coordinated manner, eventually chewing the hard bone.
Up to now, in the field of nuclear power generation, from the introduction of technology to independent research and development, the pump products of 1000MW nuclear power unit are 100% self-produced except the main pump. The localization rate of nuclear power pumps has increased from less than 4% in Ling'ao Nuclear Power Plant to more than 85%.
